PAYMENT OPTIONS
Motive Arts offers the following payment options to local (within Pakistan) and international (everywhere else) customers:

Credit Card (local and international orders)
Cash on delivery (local orders only)
IBFT – Inter-bank funds transfer

SHIPPING RATES

Within Karachi:

On order of Rs.499 and below Rs. 50
On order of Rs.500 and above Rs. 0

Within Pakistan:

Order value Delivery charges

On order of Rs.499 and below Rs. 200
On order of Rs.500 and above Rs. 0

All other countries:

Weight (volumetric) Delivery charges
Up to 1.0 kg Rs. 2,400
Each extra 0.5 kg Rs. 350

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery of local orders takes between two to three working days

Delivery of international orders takes takes between seven to 10 working days

We normally dispatch orders within two working day if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you of the best estimated time of dispatch through a call or email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Motive Arts offers exchange and refund under the following conditions:

The product is returned within 14 days of the delivery date (for local orders only)

The product is in its original condition

Delivery charges faced by Motive Arts will be deducted from all refunds (unless the product was not as promised)

In case of an exchange, delivery charges will not be deducted. However, the customer will be liable to pay any difference in the rates of old and new product at the time of delivery or before

Motive Arts will not refund the cost incurred by the customer in returning the product

Refund or exchange will be processed once Motive Arts has received the original product and approved its condition

To schedule a pick-up for returning the product within Pakistan, you may use the service of TCS by calling 111-123456 or Leopard’s Courier by calling 111-300-786.

Please ensure that product is packed in an appropriate-sized box so it does not get damaged. We will not refund you or exchange the product if the product arrives damaged.
